      If willing to do nothing and no one bother you, that's your place ! Or if you already have a large experience in automotive and you are highly motivated, you'll have a loooooooots of room to implement change, as there's so much to do :)

      Cons

      Mexican managment is unskilled (hardskills or softskills included). Not interested in what they are doing, most often not even understanding what's happening in their plany. Absolutely not interested in peolpe. The higher in the hierarchy you go, the less people feel responsible and the more they are unable to take decisions, stick to it and make things change.

      be prepared to work 14 hour days - yay!

      Cons

      - top down management that screams "I say jump, you say how high" vibes - do not hold people accountable - their bonuses are trash. only top management receive $40,000 bonuses while others get laid off - HR crosses boundaries with management to the point of dating. - HR thinks everyone is dumb
