be prepared to work 14 hour days - yay!

Cons

- top down management that screams "I say jump, you say how high" vibes - do not hold people accountable - their bonuses are trash. only top management receive $40,000 bonuses while others get laid off - HR crosses boundaries with management to the point of dating. - HR thinks everyone is dumb

- Flex time and remote work - Higher salary than Japanese companies but low annual increase - You get to learn a lot and touch many topics

Cons

- Some managers are still very old school (promotion based on age and seniority rather than skills) - Travel ban and low budget for the past years which means less training overseas and not enough social events
