Most colleagues were collaborative and helpful. Medical benefits were comparable to competitors.

Cons

French parented US company with more French leadership in the US than US leadership. Very opposite of my prior experiences with local leadership (mostly) around the world. This creates an ongoing culture challenge and a less-than-ideal understanding of US differences to the rest of the world. In-office requirements not based on real metrics and monitoring badge swipes is not the best way to treat employees like professionals.

It is one of the top 7 automotive Tier 1 suppliers and has offices across globe. But that the only good thing about it

Cons

No good products and very few opportunities to grow. No time given to learn new technologies.
