      Good opportunity to work on different projects.

      Cons

      1. It is not good for better career opportunities as it does not allow growth in different departments. 2. The management is highly political and ineffective. It consists of a close circle of friends who do not listen or understand the ground reality and challenges, showing favoritism toward a select few.

      One of the rare companies allowing to experience 70s management style.

      Cons

      - VPs and Directors (mostly Expats) are harassing with full impunity, you may feel suffocating toxicity. - Inhumane Long working hours, HR have a primitive notion of confidentiality, Hire and fire is common, - Don’t expect training or onboarding, they pretend not to know what does that mean, they expect too much from you. All in all, It’s not a place you would want to work at, please don’t do that to yourself.

      The company behaves very badly with Freshers. They dont have any policy regarding sexual harassment. The experienced employee generally harass girls there. Even if girls complaint, they make girls lives hell. Even they abuse boys freshers also. CDAC should not allow this company to recruit.
