Pros
There's a lot of opportunities to take on new projects and develop your skills here. Hybrid work is offered, which is nice.
Cons
It's hard to make good relationships here with other employees/managers. The atmosphere is stiff and cold. The leadership style is also very hierarchical which leads to little recognition for your work. It seems the longer you've been with the company, the more respect you have which is great but in return there isn't much respect given to newer employees. This is a very challenging environment that doesn't allow all employees to flourish, only ones that fit into the same mindset.
