      Avoid like the plague

      Pros

      They pay straight time after 45hrs for salary members

      Cons

      Everything else. They are the worst company I have ever worked for. They severely understaff the production line then expect leadership to push the operators to produce the same number and quality of products for 8-12hrs. They will make up anything they can to fire you if you're under contract. You are not a human to them. You are a robot, and you're expected to perform as such.

      Perks (Car discounts, company's phone, gifts) and a lot of oportunities to develop skills and improve your carreer/CV

      Cons

      Salaries in portugal are low in entry-mid level if you take into account the amount of work, specially in the logistics field. The turnover of the employees and interns are is too high which means less stability in the workload
