Pros

One of the main advantages of working here is the chance to take on significant responsibilities in large-scale projects. This creates a fast-paced learning environment and really accelerates your growth, both technically and in terms of project ownership.

Cons

A downside is the lack of paid training opportunities, especially for tooling and compliance norms, which are crucial for staying up-to-date. The software team often bears the brunt of project workload without sufficient collaboration from other domains. Additionally, many of the tools in use are outdated, which can make day-to-day work less efficient and more frustrating than it needs to be.

Pros

- you learn to work under pressure (escalation culture) - some positions are very comfortable - somewhat flexible schedule - good for late career

Cons

- you need to work under pressure and tight deadlines - growth trajectory is limited - 20-80 rule applies a bit too much here - old technologies - cost cutting mindset taken to an extreme
