      Pros

      The biggest pros are the flexibility and autonomy. Being able to create my own schedule has greatly improved my work-life balance, and I appreciate being able to treat patients closer to home. FOX also provides a lot of resources and support for its clinicians. From continuing education opportunities to clinical guidance and helpful treatment resources, I always feel like I have what I need to provide quality patient care.

      Cons

      One challenge with home care is that last-minute patient cancellations do happen, which can leave unexpected gaps in your day. However, because of the flexible scheduling, it’s usually easy to reschedule those visits later in the week, making it much easier to stay on track with patient care.

      I absolutely love working at FOX Rehabilitation. As a licensed Physical Therapist, I truly appreciate the flexibility, autonomy, and patient-centered model of care. The one-on-one treatment approach allows me to provide quality care and build meaningful relationships with my patients. The leadership team is supportive, management is approachable, and there are excellent opportunities for professional growth through mentorship, continuing education, and career advancement. The work environment is collaborative, and my colleagues are always willing to help. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and I feel valued for the work I do. Overall, FOX Rehabilitation is an excellent place for Physical Therapists who want to grow professionally while making a real difference in patients' lives.
