Seeing that a really poor healthcare provider actually survives by feeding off the employees good will.

Cons

Company has failed to provide patient centered care, untrustworthy inexperienced leadership with lack of character. Talks a good talk but no commitment to doing what they say. Jersey sharks- watch out.

this is a great idea. they have a great product and can really help a lot of people.

Cons

There are many departments in this company- none of them can work together. It is like high school where rumors are started, and no one really know what is going on.
