      Pros

      Great local staff to work with, supportive and helpful. Very friendly staff. truly belives in providing high level and quality care

      Cons

      I needed a full time job and after one month the position was changed and I no longer had that. If you are with them for less than a year they will try to get you to pay back the high costs they put out for your orientation. Extreme paperwork demands. I had very high expectations for this job. Difficult to keep caseload at a level to meet requirements. Lots of travel with no reimbursment for mileage

      Therapists supportive of each other. Good pay.

      Cons

      This company has too much middle management and they are title happy. When there is a problem you don't know who to talk to or trust. You are overworked, long hours and more work when you get home.
