The constant pursuit of balance for and in the lives of its employees has always appealed to me. Striving to provide the balance for employees with our familial, spiritual and professional lives speaks volumes about how concerned our company is for us and the commitment to provide a rewarding and enjoyable workplace for its employees. I'm a 15 year employee and hope to be here for another 15. By far one of the finest companies in our industry and beyond.

A Great Place To Work

Pros

The company starts you off with a decent training regiment. You are not pushed hard at first and you are allowed to gain at your pace. Once you settle in you're then assigned normal duties to be completed daily, weekly, month, quarterly. The company values your input and has an open door policy to discuss any type of issues that come up. The company offers a slightly flexible daily work schedules and the ability to work outside the office (for certain positions) once you are established. The company offers great benefits both in health care and time off. The FPI Wellness program promotes a work life balance and has monthly themes and events you can join in on. Management is also a big proponent of a work life balance and is very considerate when things pop up and you may need to take time to deal with an issue.

Cons

With such a large group of employees and managers, it can be confusing at times when you get differing opinions on proper procedures based upon who you asked.

- Work on a 132 unit property, 4 staff total. - Good work environment - Set my schedule for the most part - Work flow at my pace

Cons

- Not a lot of room to move up on the maintenance side of the company - Low pay for the work scale
