      Pros

      I love the company I work for and its core values, its rare in today's society to not have to conform or compromise a companies core value and beliefs!

      Cons

      I have no Medical benefits and I wear two hats, even though its a very small complex I still have two roles.

      No Better Place

      Pros

      While I have had unsolicited job offers, I politely decline and I quote; "I am sorry, I am not looking as I am absoltuly happy with FPI". There are many areas that I love. I love the innovation. I love the energy of the president. There are so many great people who work here. For such a large company, you couldn't ask for anything better, not do I think there is personally!

      Cons

      Out of pocket benefits are great for a single employee, however, once you cross over to family it can get tough.
