I’m actually a returnee to this company. I have worked for them collectively for about 7 years. I can honestly say there is no better company to work for. The executive leadership team overseeing the Bay Area is STELLAR! This group of executives’ individual strengths really complement each other. They provide the perfect balance between support and allowing their PM’s to make decisions and develop strategies to meet property goals. FPI is always open for suggestions and in search of new ways to be more efficient which is a huge for me. Some other “pros” that I love about FPI are: - Plenty of room for growth (Many companies say it, but FPI truly desires to hire from within) -Understands the importance of work/life balance -PMs are not required to travel to a corporate office every day. Instead, we can spend our time on our properties or working from a home office. - Vast “army” of people and departments at the corporate level there to support and provide direction especially while navigating the changes the pandemic has brought. - The people I work with are awesome! -FPI provides a clear path for success.
