      Pros

      FPI supports their employees and encourages us to be the best we can. FPI provides training so that we can stay abreast of the changes and updates within the Property Management industry.

      Cons

      Only thing I can say is I wish I had started working for FPI sooner.

      Pros

      FPI is a great company to work for. They are very professional and offer many tools to help you with your career. I feel they go above and beyond for their employees. I have been with the company since 2017 and started out as a Leasing Consultant and have worked my way to ACD. They give so much help and encouragement along the way!

      Need more staff on properties.
