You have to endure nepotism and harassment to move up with this company

Pros

Leasing commissions (not available at every property, make sure to ask before you accept position) and consistent schedule.

Cons

Nepotistic employment practices. Senior management turns a blind eye to harassment/hostile work environments. Some properties are unsafe (bedbug infested/roach infested/violence). They expect you to lease units that have known bedbug/roach infestations.

Depending on your team, you could have a great experience.

Cons

Not all of the systems really flow together. They use pop-card for lead management. Lead2Lease is the best out of all the different programs I have used.
