I started as a Leasing Manager and was quickly promoted up through the ranks. I've been a Community Director for 4+ years now, and worked for FPI for almost 7 years! There are huge opportunities for growth. FPI cares about it's employees personal lives, and promotes a balanced work and home life.

Cons

Expensive to add my little ones onto health insurance, but free for myself including medical, dental and vision. No 401K match.

FPI is an amazing company with amazing people

I have been with FPI for about 14 years. I have worked with some amazing people who have helped shape who I am. Starting with Dennis Treadaway. What other company has a President who is approachable by every employee. Someone who cares enough to spread laughter and comfort to every one of his employees. Someone you can laugh and joke with. The HR staff is there whenever you need them. The training and support when you ask for it is above board. Amazing team members that yes can become long time friends. Truly a company to be blessed to work for.

Cons

One of the only draw backs is yes .. some of the people you can work with. But really, what place is perfect? Where no one has opposing personalities? I can honestly say I experienced that once in 14 years and HR was there to help me. Its why 11 years later I am still with this company.

I have been with FPI for over 15 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. This company has grown tremendously and the room for advancement is unlimited. The President of FPI is an amazing person with a huge HEART. I still learn something new on a daily basis and there is never a boring day. Very blessed to be working for FPI Management
