      Very smart management team, listen to your idea and feedback. I am so happy with FPI , flexible time . I am able to work and take care of my daughter at the same time.

      A work/life balance is part of the core values of FPI Management. It is one thing for a company to talk about work/life balance, but to live it is another. This is a company whose culture is truly grounded in H.E.A.R.T.

      Pros

      FPI has all the potential for growth imaginable. They like to promote from within when at all possible and it truly is possible to move up!

      Cons

      I don't see many downsides, other than the benefit coverage for dependants is a little pricy.
