      A good place to work

      Pros

      The management seems to really care about and value its employees. The Executives are friendly, and take time to get to know the names of their staff. They also recognize that their employees must put their families first, and they respect that. There is good teamwork, and people are always pitching in to help one another.

      Cons

      The benefits are a little lacking. There is no match on the 401(k), and they do not offer an education reimbursement. The health insurance is also very expensive, given the level of coverage.
