      Poor employee support and training and benefits are lacking.

      Pros

      The properties FPI Management managed all saw good traffic volumes, the units were well laid out and the ground were typically well looked after.

      Cons

      Management needs to consider the opinions and feedback of their employees especially those in direct contact with residents, prospects and outside vendors. At the time of my employment, there was a shift in and overhaul of management and as a new employee I was not given the support to succeed in my position. The rules continually changed as new managers were transferred to and out of the different properties. The temporary managers were sympathetic but ineffective to bring order to the community. After I resigned my position, three others left as well.

      Pros

      *Great base pay *Commissions *Be able to walk throughout the day for tours or property checks

      Cons

      *No minor commission on leases that don't fall through due to applicants *Structure but enforced on those who are being favored *You can move up if you are being favored *In my property, the assistant director gets to change days more often to get weekend or at least on day of the weekend. *They don't train well and tough to move up when you are not favored
