      Pros

      They are located every where so finding a location shouldn't be hard. They offer full benefits and paid sick,holiday, and vacation.

      Cons

      The company can be great but if your portfolio manager isn't then your experience may not be as great as it could have been. They are a fee management company so a property can be sold or taken for the property leaving you in a awkward place.

      Money is good. Prepare to be stressed

      Pros

      Money is good. Bonus's monthly, quarterly and annually.

      Cons

      Maintenance can do no wrong. You will get blamed for everything that is not completed. Upper management doesn't seem to care about their employees well being. Training is almost non existent. When hired, they thrown you in expecting to learn everything in a day. Literally it's sink or swim in this industry.

      Processes could use streamlining and software needs updated. Difficult to create a structure as policies differ between portfolios.
