Pros

The onsite team I worked with were great.

Cons

Upper management's expectations are unreasonable, many managers have to take their work home to complete. They give you Gracehill training modules but no real hands-on training. I was told "we show you once, and expect you to figure it out". The PM had a very condescending demeanor.
