      Ghetto, but bareable

      -Free Benefits - Easy Work - Upper management easy to work with

      Cons

      - Will have you working at some really rough properties with irate and ghetto tenants - Pay is low for the industry - Company does not invest in employees at all, no paid training, "holiday party" is a potluck in a warehouse where you cannot invite anyone - Ownership can be difficult to work with
