Worst Company I’ve Ever Worked For

Commission and flexibility with picking which days you work.

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for. Do not work here unless you are desperate to pay the bills. Soul sucking job unless you work at a luxury complex. If you like turning down low income and desperate people who are looking for housing, then this is the perfect job for you.

Pros

Lots of time off. More holidays have been added and an increase in vacation days.

Cons

Not enough support. Unrealistic expectations. It’s very cliquey and if you aren’t friends with higher ups, you won’t go anywhere. A company that won’t support you and has no empathy for its employees. Overworked and underpaid. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and find a company that truly values you.
