Money is good. Bonus's monthly, quarterly and annually.

Cons

Maintenance can do no wrong. You will get blamed for everything that is not completed. Upper management doesn't seem to care about their employees well being. Training is almost non existent. When hired, they thrown you in expecting to learn everything in a day. Literally it's sink or swim in this industry.

yearly raise has come the last three years they are getting smaller but keep come .vac.sick and paid holidays. very cool.

upper management are dissociated.and act like your bothering them .they act lazy i think we need new ones
