      Pros

      There is no reason now I know why the staff will quit after FPI takes over a property.

      Cons

      They don't want you to have no communication with ownership specially your PM. The PM will hire her vendors she knows to do the work to rip off the owner, very unethical.There is no values in corporate they don't care about the residents all they care is getting there monthly charge. F P I it stands for F RAUDULENT P EOPLE I LLEGITIMATE

      Pros

      Pay is good and training is available every year. Good benefits if you do not have any dependents

      Cons

      If you need something something from your RPM don't count on a return phone call or answer to an email until you have stalked them to death and they must reply. No property walks or monthly visits.Be sure to make yourself look like a barbie doll and you will get noticed and most likely a better position. You do not get noticed for all of your hard work above and beyond your regular job requirements.

      Worst experience in a 15 year history of property management.

      Pros

      There are no good reasons to work here, unless you are a glutton for punishment. This company will work you to burnout then chew you up and spit you out.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management. All they do is make unreasonable demands in an unpleasant manner, and delegate everything so that the portfolio managers are overworked and miserable.
