      I have worked for FPI for five years I have given them everything, been stressed out, worked weekends and don’t sleep at night because my job comes first!!! I have made connections in several county’s under under several directors and have been promised a area supervisor or p.m. position more than once!! but instead they continue to promote people who are buddy buddy with a PM or director instead of the people who are qualified to do the job. This is why they continue to lose devoted employees

      9 Employees Quit in 1 month!

      Pros

      Basic health insurance is free for the employee.

      Cons

      They do not care about the site employees. All properties are understaffed. All of the best employees are leaving due to lack of support and respect. Employees are told they are replaceable. They offer bonuses then go over the budget for the sites and the employees end up earning no quarterly bonuses. Stay away.
