My experience was extremely disappointing due to a toxic team atmosphere. From day one, I faced mobbing and verbal aggression from a long-tenured senior developer who seemed threatened by any knowledge exchange. The biggest issue, however, is the management's lack of objectivity. They blindly follow the narrative of veteran employees without verifying the facts. I was unfairly evaluated and dismissed based on the biased opinion of one person, without ever being given a real chance to demonstrate my technical skills or complete onboarding. The culture here prioritizes seniority and "office politics" over actual competence and results.
