      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree - the work we do in support of the government mission can be very interesting. Professional growth can often be difficult on government contracts; however, FSA provides employees with opportunities to improve skills and increase knowledge by providing various training opportunities and a tuition-reimbursement program. Employees are also encouraged to apply for higher level positions when appropriate. Paid time off is typically no less than 28 days, with the majority of recently hired employees receiving a minimum of 7 sick days, 10 vacation days, and 11 holidays.       Training came from multiple people who all did things differently and it became confusing.
