Thank you for your review. Career progression can be difficult while working on a government contract; however, we encourage employees to take advantage of our various training opportunities and our tuition-reimbursement program. Additionally, keep an eye on our internal career site for higher level positions that may be of interest to you. Please contact your FSA Supervisor for more information and guidance on how we can best support you.

Pros

Possible flexibility, depending on the agency you work with.

Cons

Pay, insurance benefits, and most importantly the lack of upward mobility. You can go years without a .25 raise.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Career progression can be a challenge when working on a government contract; to assist our employees with upward mobility, we provide various training programs and a tuition reimbursement program. We also encourage our employees to apply for higher level positions, when appropriate. We actively look for opportunities to reward our employees for their dedicated work, including recognition awards, bonuses, and, when possible, increased pay rates. Our benefits program is also quite robust, offering many options, including a $0 employee cost option. We encourage you to send any suggestions on how we can improve to qc@fsafederal.com.
