      FSA offers a great work/life balance, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, outstanding recruitement and management personnel, competitive salary and benefits

      Cons

      I have yet to see any real downsides to working for FSA.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is excellent, on site supervisors are excellent. Company is mostly hands off, for better or for worse.

      Cons

      No advancement, no raises, and obscene policy of not allowing an employee any vacation time until they have reached 1 year with the company. Additionally, no more office closure funds, so if your agency shuts down, you don't get paid for that day unless you take a sick day or make it up, unlike your federal co workers.

      Pros

      Great Opportunity to work with unique clients. Little oversight so not any micro managing. Excellent work life balance. Wil never work over 40hrs per week.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for advancement but this is similar to most smaller contractors.

FSA does offer many different job categories and opportunities - we are pleased to hear that your current position allows for a good work life balance. Regarding advancement opportunities - especially in the DC area - we have a very high percentage of positions that are filled by internal candidates. Many of those jobs are at a higher labor category or pay rate for those employees. FSA will continue to work very hard to provide additional job opportunities for our employees. We have many positions available - and encourage anyone who is interested and qualified to apply.
