Your high rating in this area is validation of the people-first approach we take as a company. Career advancement as a government contractor can be difficult; however, FSA is invested in personal growth and recently expanded our Professional Development Program designed to help employees reach their goals. Regarding pay, we increase pay for employees whenever possible and offer bonuses based on performance. Should you have any suggestions on how we can improve, please let your Senior Manager know.
