Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We offer positions for a wide variety of experience levels, from the newly graduated student entering the workforce, to accomplished professionals, to retirees looking to keep their skills up. Our pay rates are set according to our contracts and customer requirements, but we do increase pay for employees when we can and offer bonuses based on performance. Should you have any suggestions on we might improve, please let your Senior Manager know.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your recognition of good pay, but regret to hear that your overall experience with FSA was less than satisfactory. Regarding PTO, paid time off is typically no less than 28 days, with the majority of recently hired employees receiving a minimum of 7 sick days, 10 vacation days, and 11 holidays (this is prorated for part-time employees). As a government contractor, advancement can be difficult; however, FSA provides employees with opportunities to improve skills and increase knowledge by providing various training opportunities and encourages employees to apply for higher level positions when appropriate. Additionally, bonuses are frequently awarded based on performance. We would love to hear how we could have improved your experience; please email your suggestions to qc@fsafederal.com.
