Regarding pay, our pay rates are set according to our contracts and the Department of Labor; however, whenever it is possible for us to increase pay rates for employees, we do. Additionally, we provide employees with a comprehensive compensation, benefits, and training package that serves our varied employee population. We are excited to continue our support of your career.

Low stress mostly, decent pay for amount of work

Cons

No raises, no advancement unless you work in DC, depending on agency contractors are looked down on
