Regarding pay, our pay rates are set according to our contracts and the Department of Labor; however, whenever it is possible for us to increase pay rates for employees, we do. Additionally, we provide employees with a comprehensive compensation, benefits, and training package that serves our varied employee population. No raises, no advancement unless you work in DC, depending on agency contractors are looked down on
