Managers are good to deal with. Pay for training at the Dallas facility. Good chance to get foot in door

Cons

Almost no time off, underpayed for anyone with a degree, only care about FPQ results, are under hitachis thumb, don’t understand the work that you are actually doing on site. All typical contractor problems

Long Hours and low pay for skilled labor. Advancement opportunities are slim to none. You are a contractor... Bennies are not good except for health which has 2k deductible.
