Good manager helps his workers to level up

Cons

Only minor cons about the company like PTO accumulation is almost nothing. And bonuses are bases on how well the company makes so low income no bonus. Good income low bonus.

Managers are good to deal with. Pay for training at the Dallas facility. Good chance to get foot in door

Cons

Almost no time off, underpayed for anyone with a degree, only care about FPQ results, are under hitachis thumb, don’t understand the work that you are actually doing on site. All typical contractor problems
