Pros

Here at FedSolutions we have a wonderful work life balance with an executive focus on the employees well being. It is nice to work somewhere that truly cares about its employees and cares equally for all of our clients no matter the size. We have a wide variety of customers and each is just as important as the next.

Cons

Can the metro be a con?? Nothing at the normal for a growing small organization.

In my 4 years here, the company has grown far beyond my expectations Great all around team - technical staff, inside/outside sales, management are all wonderful Laid back culture, positive work environment Company is vested in our well-being; there is unlimited room for growth Management promotes and compensates taking certifications Office is in perfect location, clients are all close by

The upper management treats employees with respect, Great location. Freedom to pursuit more I.T knowledge if desired Feels like we are just one big happy Family. Treat each other with respect, NO BS here Fun place to work.

Cons

No 401K just like any start up company, growing pains.
