Great place to learn and expand your knowledge of IT

Pros

Great company culture, expose you to all aspects of IT management, many different environments will widen your horizons. Working at a managed services provider like FedSolutions will give you a leg up on anyone who's worked in the dedicated IT department of a company.

Cons

Expanding so fast our office space can't keep up! Starting to get a little squished here. Good thing I like my coworkers. Never has been an issue, but if we continue our trajectory over the next few months, we'll need to relocate to a bigger office!

Pros

The atmosphere is fantastic. Everyone comes to work with a smile on their faces and it is truly an exceptional work-hard, play-hard environment. A team first culture where everyone is on the same page to achieve the highest results. Management is constantly looking at areas to improve and grow the company. Sales and business development do a really nice job of listening to the needs of the client and challenge themselves to underpromise and overdeliver. Customer service is outstanding. I have never seen such a hands-on approach to the way the company bends over backwards to make sure each customer is satisfied. If something is wrong, they will fix it. Uncanny work ethic by all team members. Each employee also has their own flexible schedules which allows for coverage and keeps everyone engaged in their own activities.

Cons

The business has a bright future and I would like to see possible expansion within the area to a certain degree, to open even more opportunities.

Pros

FedSolutions is a great place to learn. Staff is like a family. Incredible growth opportunities. Cares about their clients and their employees. Management has a true open door policy.

Cons

Because FedSolutions doesn't have a large staff, employees are asked to wear a few different hats. Each day requires great effort and isn't the place to work if you want to just sit in an office all day.
