Great culture. The team is comprised of kind/fun/kind/solid people. The team as a whole cares about its clients and each other. Great location in the city (metro, lunches, etc). Exciting and dynamic industry. Fun (and often) company happy hours.

Cons

No kitchen, would like part of cell plan covered.

More certifications = opportunity) Well stocked fridge

Leeway is given on many projects – more than enough slack to hang yourself *Big Boy / Big Girl work environment – If you do your job then you have no problems*
