Learn quickly under high stress from manager

Cons

Management do not care about your personal growth or life, they send you pressure and make you feel you are bad at your job. Upper level will expect that you work many overtime hours to finish your tasks, and give you extra work while you cannot finish your own part perfectly within working hours.
