None, no work life balance. Lack of management and lack of consistency

Cons

it's def a "boys club" you will not see anyone other than Caucasian older men in leadership. Their technical services department is a joke and leadership doesn't know how to manage at all. No growth opportunities. So many people are very unhappy there and if you have connections, you will move up. If there are bunch of people quitting, maybe the problem is leadership and not people.

Handpicked few buddies are on track for success, rest can rut and dig for years and never go anywhere, no growth plans just cya day to day.

Great compensation, but they'll give you anything to get you in the door. The photo chemicals are dying slowly so they will go the way of Kodak soon.

Cons

Very short sighted company. Led by Japan, make no mistake, nobody outside of Japan has a say in the company. You do what they ask or they sideline you.
