Health benefits were average to above average

Cons

This division , had, is a rudderless ship managed by intimidation. Transparency is non existent. Employee turnover is incredibly high, except for those who are roughing it out for a few more years until retirement. If you are looking for a career, this is not the place.

The company car was nice. Not much else.

Cons

Reorganize the upper-level management team frequently and change the reporting structure. All management decisions take far to long to be made and any requests needed to be provided to management are required immediately.
