Pros

- One of the best companies in Japan with wide and deep range of cutting-edge technologies. There is potential to create new businesses if you can put together a business case that logically, financially and passionately makes sense. - Inherits the Japanese culture of protecting people. Job security is high as long as you don't cause any problems (many people have worked here for decades).

Cons

- Extremely behind in the use of technology (PM tools, communication tools, MA/CRM/DAM, are mostly not in use). Most of the work is done manually by human hand. - Lack of processes. Many work is done based on domain knowledge, so when someone is on vacation, there is no backup on some types of work.
