Pros

The people are definitely the best part of Fuji. There is plenty to learn and opportunities for quite a bit of variety of tasks. It is a dynamic manufacturing setting where priorities and challenges change from day to day.

Cons

Fuji tends to expect on-the-job training to suffice for many positions. Associates could be much more efficient with more in-depth training at the beginning.
