      Pros

      people there are very nice and they are willing to share and learn something together. The company location is also very convenient and colleagues can enjoy the facilities of the company and the building.

      Cons

      The atmosphere of this company is a little bit stressful. We cannot eat food in the office. And the working process is not so clear so that people do not know what the next step they should take.

      - Reasonable compensation in starting - Internationally acclaimed products. Good exposure to technology and systems but you need to be a self learner. - Good Customer base - Possibility of achieving reasonable work-life balance if you achieve your targets, and are able to handle your customers effectively - Good mix of people

      - non-significant increment once you have joined - little or no investment in motivation boost or training - Management seriously lacks courage and creativity - Management focuses only on cutting cost not on improving quality and increasing efficiency - Usually there is no justification available for management decision. it is just pushed into.
