Pros

competitive pay, standard benefits, safe working environment. The actual work that you do is mundane but it is not highly stressful. Fuji Film is designed to have high employee retention so the likelyhood of you losing your job is low provided you put in effort.

Cons

For the overachiever, your chances of getting promoted or climbing the ladder quickly are low. Time lines for project completions are very tight. Lots of bureaucracy.
