Pros

Overtime abilities. Good people to work with. If you like a swing schedule, it allows time off in the week.

Cons

Management is terrible. Consistently makes bad decisions based on a buddy system. Most older employees know less but are valued more. Young employees have no place to move up due to behind the back plans in place for people who don't deserve promotions. Pay is lower than companies near by. There is no incentive to work hard. You are paid the same as your worst fellow associates. Small raises.
