Pros

Management is understanding if you need time off or doctor's appointment. Company has regular quarterly meetings for updates. Good Benefits for medical, dental,vision, 401K.. Department shares idea for handling customers. Good teamwork.

Cons

Waited three years for a raise. You can not be advanced to another position within the company. Full workloads but makes the day go by fast.

The day-to-day people who work at this company are honest, hard working and want success. When we move from a distressed asset owner to a growth owner this place is going to finally turn the corner... if you can wait five years.

Cons

The Management at this company are hell bent on breaking you under a combination of stress, disparagement and broken promises. They're looking to hire you cheap and then shove three people's jobs on top of you as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is looking for employment somewhere else, it's 'get out before they let you go' mentality.
