Cons

Management is always changing, no direction, not a stable work place. Don't leave a permanent job to work at FXI...no future.

Pros

Very comfortable environment. Great working conditions. Would learn a lot being involved in the headquarters of the company and working alongside the CFO of a billion dollar company.

Cons

Not very challenging. Not very structured of a program. Not exactly a great addition to my resume. Focus of my work would be too broad.

Was a wonderful place to work....allowed for learning and gaining experience across multiple markets. Allowed to explore new product development.

Cons

The people/employees that really know the product line - flexible open cell polyurethane have gone. This new group doesn't even know enough to develop the market or totally understand strengths, weakness, opportunities or threats.
