Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

As a new grad physical therapist, this was the perfect place for me to work. The owners and managers really took the time to get to know me and support me. I was able to learn and be mentored by so many different PT's, which really helped me grow as a clinician. They also have so much room for growth in the company, which I love. The other therapists who work here are incredible, and we feel like a really cohesive unit. Productivity standards are amazing because it's all one-on-one care, and baseline expectations are extremely attainable without burning out. I would highly recommend this specific Fyzical branch for any and all PT's in the area!
