I really have enjoyed working for this company. I love family owned businesses because your voice is heard but people are still hard working and committed to the mission. If you are in healthcare, you should probably understand, we are here to make a difference for our patients. This company gets that. My colleagues are fantastic and I enjoy coming to work, I know I am making a difference but I also have a fun time doing so. No job is perfect, but this company checks all my boxes with support and a positive work environment.

Cons

There aren't clinics closer to Denver or farther up north in Colorado.

Incredible management that really listens to concerns, diverse caseload, support from co-workers and upper leadership, amazing clientele and patients, salaried pay is amazing for stability, family-owned and operated by therapists themselves! Love working here.

Cons

If you do not like to work in a fast paced environment, outpatient in general probably just is not for you. But I love the fast paced vibe

I absolutely loved working for this company. The leadership was very involved, kind, respectful, and really listened to us. I felt valued and not just treated like another number. The collaboration between disciplines was really amazing to have, and made me a stronger clinician. Would highly recommend!

Cons

You definitely see a diverse caseload so be open to seeing lots of things.
